La Diversidad Transforma
An initiative created to prove that inclusion not only transforms lives, but also drives a country’s economic growth.
To bring this to life, we found the story of Fausto, the first Mexican mariachi who decided to challenge a traditional, male-dominated environment and live openly as part of the LGBTTTIQ+ community. His story became a symbol of how diverse teams can be up to 25% more profitable than those where diversity is not part of the culture.
“La Diversidad Transforma” is a statement from Nubank México, inviting more businesses to create opportunities for the community and build, together, a more inclusive kind of economic growth.
